Antique Horse Trough from Yorkshire. Impressive beautiful example of an English stone trough. Hand hewn from yorkstone which has a nice bisque color. Large rectangular trough with good consistent proportions and nice height. Would work well as a fountain basin. Currently has one drainage hole which could be filled easily for fountain use. Well weathered with moss. Circa 1840
Pictures show trough just removed from original location with dirt on one side.
Imported from England.
